Please read and carefully review these Terms and Conditions (the “ Terms and Conditions ”), as they govern the use of and access to the website www.laruni.com.mx (the “ Website ”) owned by LARUNI & ASOCIADOS SC, located at Calle Lago Ginebra number 86, Colonia Cuauhtemoc Pensil, Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, CP 11490 in Mexico City, hereinafter referred to as (“ Laruni & Asociados ”), where information is provided regarding the services offered by Laruni & Asociados , promotions, activities, and information of general interest, among other things. Use of and access to the Website indicates your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with Article 1803 of the Federal Civil Code. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For the interpretation, execution and fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions, Laruni & Asociados and the User expressly submit to the laws of the United Mexican States and agree to submit for the resolution of any controversy arising therefrom to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of Mexico City, Mexico, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles or for any other cause.
